Their rye comes from a single farm in one of the driest areas of Australia which imparts a distinct flavour, unique to this corner of the world.
Their Solera Rye Whiskey is created using their unique solera maturation method and is a smooth, classic rye whiskey with plenty of body and character. It goes beautifully in a cocktail and brings a lovely whiskey flavour without dominating proceedings.
