Description

Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "Alluring and engaging, this magnificent shiraz was made from grapes grown in the Moculta, Keyneton and Central Eden Valley districts; the ferment was hand plunged, and included 25% whole bunch. The gorgeous bouquet shows dark plum, blueberry compote, violet, olive and mixed spice aromas, leading to a concentrated palate that is finely textured and beautifully flowing. The wine has a firmer profile than Barossa Valley offerings, and has awesome line and length."
