Despite the humour and fun reflected by these labels, Col McBryde and Jen Gardner from Adelina wines are deadly serious when it comes to their wines. The small scale production is traditional and minimalist with hand-picking in small lots, indigenous yeast fermentations, basket pressing and no filtration.
The 2020 'Passion' is a blend of South Australian Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. It's an immediately soft and rounded flavour bomb with dark savoury notes that explode on your palate. Very good wine and the funky labels just add to the conversation.

A powerful, rich, intense, fruity, full bodied red wine with dark cherry, floral violet and vanilla notes on the nose; red berry, cherry, and a hint of white pepper spice on the finish. Easy drinking and pairs exceptionally well with barbecued meats and mature hard cheeses.
