Elepant in the Room Stupendous Shiraz 2021 - The winery writes "Deep purple colour with aromatic notes of red berry and blackcurrants framed by violet overtones and subtle cedarwood spice. The palate is dense and plush with flavours of blood plum, chocolate, blueberry and spice with a supple, slippery mouthfeel framed by subtle oak toast and fine tannins. A generous wine, packed full of flavour that would pair perfectly with roast lamb."
Kindred Spirits Shiraz Cabernet 2022 - The winery writes "Shiraz provides a rich core of ripe plum and blueberry flavours which is framed by notes of forest bramble and soft tannins courtesy of Cabernet before a fine, dry finish. An excellent combination of easy going approachability, depth and interest."
Bleeding Heart Shiraz 2022 - The winery writes "A lifted nose of fruits of the forest, milk chocolate and subtle spices meshed very nicely with subtle oak influence. The palate is mouth-filling and rich with ripe fruit flavours of blackberry and spicy black fruits framed by supple tannins. Approachable and rewarding now with the trademark richness and depth of McLaren Vale, making it perfect with a chargrilled steak."
Thorn Clarke Terra Barossa WS Cabernet Shiraz 2016 - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "Wonderfully fruited and richly expressed, the immediately appealing bouquet shows black/blueberry, chocolate tart, game and spicy oak characters, leading to a concentrated palate that is intensely flavoured and generously textured. It is fleshy and silky, brilliantly structured by chalky tannins, finishing long and engaging."
Take it to the Grave Shiraz 2022 - Brightly coloured purple rim with dense and dark body. This is full-bodied and very aromatic showing purple berry fruits, dark chocolate and cooling spices. The fruit has weight and evenness whilst the fine tannins and integrated acidity drive persistence to the length.
Deen de Bortoli Vat 8 Shiraz 2018 - The winery writes "Deep maroon with bright red hues. Aromas of ripe blue fruits and dark chocolate. The concentrated yet supple palate shows more blue fruits, rich chocolate, hints of salt bush and elegantly structured tannin's to finish."
