The winery writes "The nose is fine with initial almond, apricot and white peach aromatics that develop to biscuit yeast characters of hot buttered toast and a hint of licorice root. The palate is elegant, packed with citrus and mineral characters and a beautifully balanced, refreshingly dry finish."
