We loved this Central Otago beauty. It simply oozes class. It's a minerally-luscious well balanced Pinot Gris with citrus and apple aromas.
Vegetarian and Vegan friendly.
The palate full of ripe fruits complimented by crisp acidity. It finishes long on the palate with lingering fruit flavours. It is definitely drinking well now but will reward cellaring for up to 3 years.
Sam Kim writes "Beautifully weighted and richly textured, this stylish pinot gris offers lifted aromas of poached pear, baked apple, citrus and spice on the nose, followed by a succulent palate that is generous and flavoursome. The wine displays lovely fruit concentration and power, while remaining elegant and brilliantly structured, finishing long and juicy. At its best: now to 2020."
