BIN END IMPORTER CLEARANCE
4.5 STARS | Sam Kim, Wine Orbit "succulent and supple on the palate, displaying lovely weight and roundness"
Brand new in store, Rambling Roses is an exciting new release from the guys at Fourth Wave Wine. The gorgeous bottle had us pretty interested and the pinot inside is ripe, bright and carries tasty plum and cherry flavours. It's vinted in a mid-weight style, making it a perfect red for the warmer months. And if you really want to see this wine come into its own, pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes before you open it. Delicious!
Sam Kim writes "Beautifully ripe and fragrant, the bouquet shows dark plum, spiced cherry, clove and toasted nut aromas. It's succulent and supple on the palate, displaying lovely weight and roundness, finishing smooth and flavoursome."
The winery writes "Medium dark like colour in appearance with subtle tanning edges typical of Pinot Noir. The nose is energetic and bright with strawberry plus juicy berried fruits flowing through to the mid-weight palate. The wine has lovely depth of flavour and whilst is a wonderful table wine and food accompaniment, this Pinot Noir also looks great after a short chill in the fridge and works perfectly with an antipasto platter."
