Vinted with partially sun dried grapes in the 'appasimento' style Pasqua Morago Da Uve Leggermente Appassite IGT is a full bodied red obtained from grapes hand harvested in the Venatian regions. It shows an intense bouquet of red berries with hints of spice and extremely soft and rounded finish. Velvet smooth.
The winery writes "Dried grapes of Merlot 40%, Corvina 30%, Croatina 30%. Deep ruby red in colour. The nose has intense aromas of red berries with hints of spices. The palate is balanced with velvety tannins, and it has a soft and round finish. Great with red meat and game or with aged cheese."
