- Palliser Pencarrow Pinot Gris 2017
The winery writes "Off-dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has sweet and luscious fruit flavours of white and yellow stonefruits, pears, honeysuckle and exotic florals. The mouthfeel is juicy with richness and the wine is carried by a rounded line with light, lacy acidity, leading to a soft, aromatic, honied finish. This is a gently rich and luscious off-dry Pinot Gris with stonefruit, pear, floral and honied flavours on a rounded, aromatic palate."
