Osawa have been producing high-quality wines for years now and they now feature on many a wine list in the Bay. Their Noble Gewurztraminer has won a number of awards since its first release and the 2019 is no different with a trophy win at the Hawke's Bay Wine Awards. The palate is loaded with those gorgeous noble flavours of honeysuckle and dried fruit and a touch of acidity cleans up the finish. A stunning sweet wine.

NZ Wine Rater writes "Deep in colour. Showing heady, varietal Gewurztraminer characters on the bouquet - apricot kernel, Turkish delight, rose water and lavender. Rich, luscious, viscous and sweet with an appealing fruitiness and just enough freshness to pull the whole thing off. Pleasantly different."
The winery writes "A concentrated and luscious palate unfolds, featuring a core of marzipan and honey-suckle flavours. Dried fruits, honey and apricot characters are showcased by exquisite acid balance."
