Tasting Notes
The distiller writes "Soft aniseed on the nose, with olde worlde sweet shops and smoker lollies. On tasting, a little caraway and fennel monster bites your tongue like a 9V battery. Diluting it tames the little bugger, giving you time to enjoy the drop like gentry observing the world from the plateía."
Serve 15ml in a tall glass with lots of ice, topped up with mineral water.
