Between 5% and 15% of the blend comprises reserve wines from previous vintages that have been aged in old oak barriques for extra complexity and character. Widely regarded as one of the countries very best sparkling wines.
Made in the traditional method from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
