The latest release from Reefton Distillery, and their most unique yet. The Snow Gin captures the essence of the West Coast Winter, dense native forests, clean crisp air, cool rivers and the heavy snow which blankets the Southern Alps. To craft this incredible limited release, they have fused local mountain snow with rainforest botanicals such as native manuka, alpine lavender, fresh peppermint and lime lead. All this leads to only a wonderfully unique gin, but overall it is well-rounded and bright botanical experience, with pine and peppery mid-notes from juniper and green peppercorns. As a fitting finish, blended peppermint and cardamom create a refreshing cooling effect, much like melting snow in your mouth. You don't want to miss out on this one.
