This outstanding gin is produced at Japan's Kyoto Distillery, and it is the first gin to come from the famous city. KI NO BI which translates to ‘The Beauty of the Seasons’ is translated to the gin as well, inspired by tradition and the beauty of Japan.
Made with a rice spirit and cleverly utilising domestic botanicals including yellow yuzu, Japanese cypress, green tea, bamboo and sanso berries (Japanese peppercorn). The gin has classic juniper notes which complement the Japanese botanicals, with a warm and spicy finish.
