Chateau Jalouise Beaulieu Bordeaux 2018 - The winery writes "This wine has an intense garnet red colour with purple reflections. With a beautiful aromatic power, the nose opens on notes of ripe fruit that evoke wild blackberry and redcurrant. Beautiful smoky, peppery notes appear and confer a beautiful complexity. On the palate, the mouth presents a solid structure with coated tannins. The mid-palate is fruity, keeping a great freshness and a nice balance. Subtle woody notes with vanilla bean and toasted brioche aromas contribute to a long finish. Can easily be kept for 5 to 8 years."
Lavau Cotes du Rhone 2018 - The nose is fresh and with aroma of strawberry, raspberry, black cherry and a little peppery spice. The medium-bodied wine is very easy to drink with plenty of tasty fruit balanced by more peppery spice.
Moreau & Fils Les Coches Pinot Noir 2020 - Bob Campbell MW writes "From the Languedoc in southern France. It has a ripe, plush aroma that suggests flowers and ripe plum with a background of smoky oak. A gutsy and slightly rustic red."
Sous le Soleil Merlot 2019 - The winery writes "This classic French Merlot offers flavours of strawberry and ripe berries, with a hint of soft spice. Enjoy with sausages or chicken wings straight off the grill."
Chemin des Papes Cotes du Rhone 2019 - Sam Kim writes "A charming modern rendition with Black Doris plum, sweet cherry, thyme, warm spice and hazelnut aromas, it's succulent and supple on the palate delivering excellent fruit intensity combined with silky texture and smooth tannins, offering excellent drinking."
Paul Jaboulet Syrah 2018 - The winery writes “Clear red purple colour with dark purple reflections. Strong nose, this Syrah shows aromas of red fruits (cherries, blackcurrant) and spices with delicacy. The attack is concentrated and fruity. On the palate, this wine is powerful with a beautiful structure and silky tannins. The greedier finish is full of red fruits with a very nice length.”
