FIVE STARS 94 POINTS | Tim Atkin.
Tim Atkin writes: "A wine that's consistently a match for all but the very best (and much more expensive) wines of Pessac-Léognan, this deftly oaked Marlborough Sauvignon ages brilliantly too. Leesy, rich yet beautifully balanced, it combines flavours of vanilla spice, gooseberry fool, lanolin and vivid acidity. One of the region's very best expressions of the grape."
BioGrow Certified Organic.
The winery writes: "Ripe aromas of grapefruit and lemons with overt white floral characters in the forefront. The hint of struck match aromas characteristic of this wine, reflect the use of solids during fermentation and ageing, adding a dimension of complexity and interest."
