Vinted from Hawkes Bay Pinot Noir, this is fresh and crisp Rosé with a fleshy core of red summer fruits. Dry to taste it nonetheless has a gentle underlying kiss of fruit sweetness on the mid palate with a line of tangy acidity on the finish. Delicious.
The winery writes: "The wine has a soft pink salmon hue. Strawberry seeds, stone fruit and powdered doughnuts dominate the nose with hints of raspberry, orange peel, roses and Summer florals. The front palate is soft and rich with lush cheeks. The midpalate adds a bit of spice and brambly fruit with chalky, citrus notes".
