Premium Sauv from the Te Muna Road terraces in Martinborough.Coming from the cooler climate of Martinborough and maturation in oak barrels has given this wine texture and complexity with a delicious line of minerality. An excellent match for fresh oysters or spicy thai food.
The winery writes "Pale lemon straw. Ripe Sauvignon Blanc aromatics with notes of white stone fruit, passionfruit pulp and kaffir lime. The palate is alive with flavour, deep in concentration but with distinct saline acidity arriving at a wine that has both presence and drinkability."
