Sophia is Craggy's flagship merlot dominant blend; a refined and elegant hand-crafted wine with a huge reputation both within New Zealand and abroad. 2021 was an excellent vintage in the Gimblett Gravels and this is a vibrant expression with plum and cassis flavours underpinned with fine oak and a perfectly handled line of fresh acidity. Truly sublime.
