The winery writes "The typically luxuriant fruit of principally Grenache Noir is streaked with a savoury vigour the length of its core. Yet seemingly at the same moment this core is enveloped by waves of luscious, almost gamey flavours, layered with high notes and deep in subtlety. The finish is typically smooth and velvety. A complete and complex wine."
