Medium-light bodied, aromas of gooseberry and pineapple melded with a lime zest, elderflower and subtle green capsicum. The wine is cleansing and pure with soft, juicy acidity. Lime zest and elderflower fragrance lift the wine, unfolding a hint of saline and a refreshing closing."
