The winery writes (about the 2021 vintage) "The first of our 2021 vintage wines to be bottled, this early release has a complex nose of honeydew melon, paw paw, golden kiwifruit and a touch of elderflower. The zesty palate is packed full of blackcurrant, cucumber and lime flavours with a lick of salt. Good Structure, crunchy herbs and chalky acidity complete this lively wine."
