Here's what Raymond Chan has to say "30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier from 3 vintages. Pale straw-yellow with green hues, light in colour, with a very fine and persistent bead. The bouquet is very tightly bound and refined, with steely white stonefruit and citrus aromas expressive of Chardonnay. Beautifully concentrated with fine autolysis elements, this is fresh and cutting on the nose. Dry to taste, this is very fresh with racy Chardonnay citrus and stonefruit flavours and penetrating autolysis, enlivened by fine acidity, which adds a lusciousness and element of richness. Fine smooth textures and mousse are features on the palate, and the balance will see it age well, over the next 3-4+ years. This is a very refined, tight and youthful, Chardonnay-expressive Champagne. Quite classical with its elegance. 18.5+/20"
