4.5 STARS 90/100 | Sam Kim Wine Orbit
A beautiful example of medium styled Hawkes Bay Riesling, named in honour of winemaker Chris Harrison's father. This is delightful wine. Aromas of lime zest, orange sherbet, honey-suckle, and a sprinkle of aromatic talcum powder leap out of the glass while the palate displays a gorgeous balance and tension between luscious sweetness and lively acidity. Lovely.
Sam Kim writes "It is elegant and delicately expressed on the nose showing Gala apple, lemon zest, lime sorbet and blossom aromas, followed by a focused palate that is finely textured with attractive sweetness and racy acidity. Tightly structured and linear, finishing long and mouth-watering."
