Ceres Black Rabbit Riesling 2019 - Cameron Douglas MS writes "92pts. There’s a pure fruited bouquet with aromas of ripe pear and mandarin, apple and citrus, with meyer lemon and mineral. Delicious on the palate in an off-dry expression with contrasting acidity, a silky texture and balanced even finish. A lovely aperitif style with persistent flavours and lengthy finish with a fine chalky dust textured quality. Best drinking from 2022 through 2028+."
DMZ Demorgenzon Chenin Blanc 2022 - The winery writes "The bright nose displays fine chenin attributes of floral and citrus aromas. The crisp, refreshing palate has succulence and weight providing a finish with texture and good length."
Theory and Practice Viognier - This is highly aromatic viognier with notes of burnt orange peel, apricot kernel, sweet citrus and smokey nuances. The palate is very lush and textural - amplifying those bouquet notes with additional characters of spicy fresh mandarin, tropical fruits and toasty oak. The finish is long and rewarding with softly rounded acidity.
