We loved the softer, pretty style of syrah that Amy Farnsworth has gone for here and wonder why more winemakers don't walk down this path. This 2020 release comes from the Bridge Pa region; an area well known for fine syrah production. The floral notes of good syrah are in full effect here, and those characters flow through to the palate where they meld seamlessly with the green-edged, lightly funky characters and tannic structure that partial whole bunch fermentation brings. Delightful wine.
This is a natural wine - don't be worried if there is a bit of sediment at the bottom or if it's bit cloudy, that's how it's supposed to be!
