This is an excellent example of Hawke's Bay Chenin Blanc and, with only 4.8ha of chenin planted in the Bay, it's good to see this relatively rare variety put to such good use. Expect to see the tropical flavours that chenin is so well known for balanced with a fine line of fresh acidity that keeps everything in check. This wine is dry but certainly not austere. Another exciting, harmonious release from talented winemaker, Amy Farnsworth.
This is a natural wine - don't be worried if there is a bit of sediment at the bottom or if it's bit cloudy, that's how it's supposed to be!
