Fully barrel fermented and vinted from 83% sauvignon blanc, 14% semillion and 3% sauvignon gris, this is NOT the traditional New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc model. This is delicious, complex, thoughtful wine crafted by the one and only Ant Mackenzie. It pairs perfectly with fresh oysters.
