A fragrant, complex nose bursting with grapefruit, lime zest and flint mineral notes. The rich, concentrated flavours of this wine are accompanied by crisp, lingering acidity. Vibrant and fragrant this stunning wine is well balanced and richly textured. Classy. Highly recommended. 81% Sauvignon Blanc, 14% Semillon and 5% Muscat Petit Grains.
