Red hot pricing on this Marlborough classic. Off dry and loaded with easy charm, it's the right wine at the right price.
Raymond Chan writes "Medium-dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate features moderately rich and luscious, up-front flavours of yellow stonefruits and honeysuckle, along with lifted exotic florals and fermentation esters. Some savoury, nutty detail adds interest. The mouthfeel is soft and rounded with unctuous hints, and the wine flows smoothly and harmoniously to a dryish, savoury honied finish. This is an up-front, moderately rich, medium-dry Pinot Gris with aromatic and lifted fruit and a mellow mouthfeel."
