You simply can't go wrong shopping at Advintage!
We will always put you right. And we mean ALWAYS!

All we want is happy customers who love buying from us and want to come back to buy again.
So we have a simple 4 Point Guarantee Policy to make sure that's what happens.

1. You just dont like it!
If you buy wine from us and find it is not to your taste, we will collect any unopened bottles at our expense and GLADLY replace them or give you your money back. 

2. Wine faults.
If you buy wine from us and it is corked or faulty in any way we will GLADLY replace the offending bottle(s) or give you your money back. 

3. Delivery damage.
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will GLADLY replace it for you or give you your money back.
(Please note we need you to report damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery).

4. Packing errors
If there has been a packing error with your order, we will GLADLY collect the incorrect bottles at our expense and we will put it right for you. (Please note we need you to report packing errors within 48 hours of delivery).
